Elijah Judd Biography, Family
On December 23, 1994, in Nashville, Tennessee, in the United States of America, Elijah Judd Kelley was born. He is Wynonna Judd and Arch Kelley III’s first child. Sadly, when he was just four years old, Wynonna and Arch split, leaving him to be raised by his mother and grandmother, Naomi Judd.
Elijah’s mother was an asthmatic patient at the time of Elijah’s birth, which necessitated a C-section. In an interview with the GrandMagazinelcom, Naomi stated that it was one of the most horrifying experiences of her life.
Elijah developed touching memories with his mother and grandmother as a child. Similar to how, as a young child, he mispronounced his grandmother’s name, “Naomi,” as “Mawmaw.” Elijah was a devoted small boy who adored his mother and grandmother, as Naomi frequently admits. Elijah once told Naomi he wanted to be a cop when he grew up so he could battle “crim-animals,” which Naomi revealed in a post on Twitter.
Elijah’s grandmother won’t see her grandson reach his full potential, though. She endured years of acute despair before passing away at the age of 76. On April 30, 2022, she shot herself in the head at her house in Leiper’s Fork, Tennessee, in the United States.
Elijah, who is 28 years old, is advancing in his musical career.
His sibling is Grace Pauline Kelley (born on June 21, 1996; 26 years old). His only sibling, Grace, is currently serving an eight-year sentence for breaking the terms of her probation in 2018. She was accused of having, producing, and selling methamphetamine.
Elijah’s family also includes the following members:
- Arch Kelley Sr. and Pearl Potts, his paternal grandparents. His paternal uncle Lean Kelley and aunt Claudia Kelly.
- Charles Jordan and Naomi Judd, his maternal grandparents. Brian Judd, his maternal aunt Ashley Judd, and his granduncle Brian Judd, who was born in 1948 but passed away at the age of 17 from leukemia.
- His great-grandparents were Pauline Ruth “Polly” Judd (née Oliver) and Charles Glen Judd.
Elijah Judd Career
Elijah is a performer of classical music. Given that he was raised by Wynonna and Naomi and showed an early interest in music, it is not surprising that he did.
Elijah helped produce his mother’s 2006 country music album, “A Traditional Christmas,” in 2006. He delivered a background vocal on one of the album’s eleven tracks.
Elijah had aspirations of becoming a police officer when he grew up, as Naomi had mentioned, but it turned out that his love of music was greater than his desire to solve crimes.
Elijah Judd Marriage, Wife
Hailey Williams, Elijah Judd’s longtime girlfriend, is his wife. He first met Hailey in 2010 while attending a wedding celebration for a friend of theirs, and his mother was supportive of their engagement. They got engaged seven years after they initially met. On December 22, 2017, Judd’s mom excitedly posted the news to her Instagram account with the caption;
“Last night, my son Elijah proposed to Hailey, his girlfriend of seven years. I’m a really happy mother! Indeed, merry Christmas.
On Saturday, October 17, 2020, ten years after they first met, Elijah and Hailey exchanged vows in a small ceremony at their family farm in Tennessee. Elijah Judd and his wife kept their marriage a secret because of the lifestyle they both chose. Yet once more, Elijah’s proud mother Wynonna informed her Instagram followers about the occasion.
Wynonna posted a photo of herself and her son being married on Instagram on December 23, 2020, along with the following caption:
Elijah and I on October 17, 2020, the day of his wedding. I can hardly believe you’re married looking at this photo, my firstborn, who turns 26 today! Birthday greetings, Son I’m so proud of you.

Arch and Wynonna divorced in 1998 as a result of a marital problem they were unable to address.
Elijah’s mother, Wynonna, got married again about five years after they split up. On November 22, 2003, she wed D. R. Roach, her former bodyguard, in Tennessee. The union was brief since Wynonna demanded a divorce from Roach after he was detained on March 22, 2007, for molesting a kid under the age of 13.
She went on and married Michael Scott in 2012 after finding love once more. Arch Kelly III, on the other hand, stayed single and avoided the media.
